Well, i have an 01 1500 with the 360, and I am going to put a 2 inch leveling kit on it and 33's. I want my tires to stick out a little bit to give it a meaner look, but I don't know how wide of rims I need.. any help/pictures would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you.

Edit: also what is your favorite site to buy stuff for your trucks?

If you want your wheels to stick out a bit, you can get spacers (inexpensive) or you can get new wheels with a shorter backspace than stock.

I haven't had that experience. I've used them on other vehicles. That said, I prefer a nice set of wheels with a shallow backspace.

With spacers, you get what you pay for, so if you go with them, don't go with cheap-o-'s. I personally would go with a wheel with a different back space. Check out the website below. They have some good wheel and tire packages specific to your truck and your lift or level height.

Post a pic of your truck if you can so we can see what it looks like, and maybe help some more on the wheel situation.

I took the rockers off, I have 2 alpine E10's under my rear seat, alpine 650 watt amp, jvc deck, and the motor in it has about 8000 miles on it. My grandpa owned it before me (bought it new) and put a motor in it before he sold it to my step dad, and i bought it from my step dad.

Usually stock 7 inch rims are a 5 or 5.5 inch bacspacing...sorry, I can't remember which. A 4 inch backspace on an 8 inch rim will move your tire out 2 inches...and it "should" clear your wheel wells, depending on the tire and type.
