SLT Tailgate Moldings
Has anyone successfully removed the ugly black molding from the tailgate? I'm worried that with a piece that big, the paint difference will be substantial.

I did it. Buy an eraser wheel. Seriously. Paint difference was barely noticable and not even there once I waxed. Did find some rust though where the plastic and the tailgate kind of turn in near the bottom. I have a thread I did. I'll go look for it then add it.
