Tint or a decal wrap?

Ok so this is the first time I have seen something like this and now im starting to notice it more and more on trucks on here and around me. how do you get the black tint/wrap thing on the windshield. so is this tint or some decal wrap?

Both. It's a brow behind the windshield, with a decal on top of the windshield.

do I just go to a tint place and say I would like this and show them a picture of it lol? about how much does it cost

should I just bring a pic of how i want it to look then ask for that? and I asked how much it cost because someone above me said they got there front window done

My friend got his free, he also got his whole car wrapped. But it'll probably be about $30

Just tell em you want the windshield visor. I think that's what most places call it

You could try tinting it yourself
They sell 4" rolls that you could do the brow with

If you look to the top left corner of your windshield you'll see a dash mark near the pillar
That's how far down you can legally have something
You decide how far down you want it to go

Yep, that's a windshield visor strip. I got mine done when I got the front windows done. I think mine's like 6 or so inches down on the edge and curves up to about 5 inches in the center.

Just go to a tint shop and say you want a windshield brow and the percent tint you want

yea I like the proportion to yours, what percent is that.

And my dad has a friend whos going to do it for me

Once I have my windshield replaced (it's got cracks from hell, and it's got the spiderwebbing from to bottom) I'm gonna have the glare strip done. It runs about $25 here. The guy will do it as far down as I want, but he won't give me a reciept lol.
