Since I have had my truck I have really enjoyed it except for one issue. I feel like it has no get up and go. It seem like it takes a lot of pedal to get it up to speed. Does anyone have any suggestion about what might be the cause of this loss of power. Everything is stock except for the exhaust. I have a single flowmaster.

Your information leaves as many questions as answers...
Was this loss gradual or sudden?
Or has it been like this since you owned it?
"Stock" means OEM size tires...like 235/16s right?
Again...assuming that the enigine is tuned and fluids changed regularly,
you could have...
Blown plenum (puddles of oil in intake manifold)
Plugged converter
Stretched timing chain
Worn rings, burnt valves
o2 sensors need replaced
Dirty air filter/pcv valve
Transmission slippage
Tune up/Throttle body/IAC valve needing cleaned
...or any combination of these.
BTW...this is a very heavy truck with a realitivly small engine...it's not a greyhound...more like clydesdale.

sounds like it could be a clogged converter idk if a blown Plenum could do that.. also check to see that all your Spark plugs and wires are all on (ALL THE WAY) and Tight
and check if all your spark plugs have a spark
