97 dodge ram 2500 360 low idle

I have a 97 dodge ram 2500 360 v8 i have been having a problem with it idling low and sometimes stalling truck runs great just has a low idle i would say in park it idles at 700 rpms in gear about 400

things i have done:

new iac

new tps

cleaned the tb
