I've heard a lot of good things too but wanted to see if anyone has some real world experience with them to back up what I've heard before I go buying a set.

I had them in my 3.9 in my Dakota.
Was hands down, the best mod for the money! It will make the engine act like it has a cam - you'll get increased duration and lift from the 1.7 ratio.
