i've got a 1996 with the 5.9l 360 in her. recently done the head, plenim pan, an intake manifold gaskets. as well as the injector o rings and plugs/wires. the distributor cap is about a year old and i just put a distributor rotor in it today. i also just put a new idle air control valve in it today. it idles rough dropping rpms to almost 0 sound like its whinning and almost kills but right before it does it revs way up to about 3,000 rpms. also when driving it will pop and sputter and lose almost all of its power. it does not constantly do this though sometimes i can drive it to town and back with no problem. it just does it randomly but everyday. idk what else it could be? anyone else have any suggestions or have this happen to you? thanks.
