Still overheating

Okay had a problem with my 99 ram over heating, I had a bad thermostat , heater core ,which I replaced . After I replaced them it was running fine but the bottom radiator hose never warmed up. Now it started overheating again and I think I have a cracked head gasket , it smokes out of my left tail pipe and you can feel the water come out of it. The radiator is cold and won't heat up most of the anti freeze or water is gone but the overflow tank is still full . I can hear a squeezing like a belt I think my water pump is going out but not sure , it doesn't seem to be pumping the water . The heater hoses are hot but heater not working again . Any help or suggestions would be appreciated

Air pocket in coolant system? Have you "burped" the system?
How much water is coming out the tailpipe?
Is it smoke or steam coming out the tailpipe?

Are you sure the thermostat was installed properly?
Did the truck ever 'run right' after the install without over-heating?

Even with a cracked head gasket (if that's the case) you the upper hose should get hot to the touch once the t-stat opens.

There is room to install the T-stat upside down on these trucks. Don't ask how I know, I'll just say I wasn't much younger than you are when I did it...

Ill try and burp the system and it ran fine for probably 5 days with no over heating at all and it was smoking barely spitting water out
