I have code 27 and my truck is runnin lk shyt I took the injectors out and cleaned em but no luck any ideas on what to do next ?

The 27 code is 'Injector driver not responding correctly to injector control'. This turns on the check engine light.
Check the low pressure lines from the lift pump to the 7100, use compressed air to blow them out, then take the injector lines off the 7100 one at a time and blow them out with air, approx. 90psi, then having the injector lines off at the injectors, crank the engine with the starter and see if you get anything out of the lines, besides diesel.
Check the fuel filter, see if it is clogged.
The last line of testing is having the injectors pop tested or replacing them.
Others will chime in.

My bad, I didn't realize that you had a 5.9 magnum, gas engine. One of the injectors is bad, I am not sure how to check those.

One way to check if it's an injector is to start the truck and pull the plug on the injector. If you've got a bad one, disconnecting it won't change the way the engine is running
