I have a broken bolt where my water outlet was. Anyone have ideas for removing it from the aluminum? Also what sensors are hooked into the intake manifold?

Might fill out you signature so we know more about the truck...

But as for sensors there is a IAT sensor, coolant sensor, and one mystery sensor I'm not sure of yet...

I tried to drill it out like I've done before, but for some reason I couldn't drill any deeper than around 1/16th in. Its the top left bolt

I feel your pain...

Had the exact same thing happen with mine. I ended up having to put a heli-coil in there and get a shorter bolt for that side

Bottle of anti-seize works better...

As for getting the stud out you might try a bit of BP blaster and heat... Then using a small punch might get it to move...
