Still no 3rd?

I adjusted bands for the second time and replaced sensor in tranny and back diff. Took it for a spin and still no shift to third and no speedo!! Trann only has 53 k on it. What is up???

Took it for a spin again and if I shift into neutral then back to drive it shifts into 3rd. Any info would be appreciated thanks!!

Update!!! Problem fixed the tv cable guts were in side ways don't know how it got that way, but it's fixed now!!
