I just changed the water pump and every time I cutoff the truck I can hear were the water kinda just sits, is that su post to happan? And it making a noise like is the belt is bad or something is rong, every time I press the gas it get louder, what can it be?

You're going to need to clear up your question a bit. Have no clue what you mean by "i can hear where the water just kinda sits". Hear what and where at? And belt squeal simply pull the belt off and check all the pulleys for any kind of looseness and spin them all.

If the belt is old it could be squealing.
