What do you think it's worth?

Guy in town has a used '95 2500 for sale. It has 257,920 miles on it and it is completely beaten to ****. Problem is I kinda want it lol and he wants 4500 for it. I have the money and he is a guy that will give a discount for cash in hand but I still think its kinda high. Other problem is I'm not sure I'd be able to convince parents (I'm only 17) because I currently have an 01 1500 5.9 magnum and its goin strong at 122k. It's only worth 2 grand down here and that's for the engine, driveline and axles.

i would pay 2500 for that. does look pretty beat up and has a lot of miles.

I forgot to mention a po had it cut for a stack and the hole is rust to crap as well as the gooseneck, the exhaust is I believe a 6 or 8 inch pipe that stops halfway under the bed with like a 10inch tip on it. I think it has potential though

I would not go over 3K. Not sure what the diesel or laramie adds to the price but I wouldn't think it would go to $4500. If they don't want to deal go somewhere else. You already have a truck so don't jump into something that doesn't meet ALL of your needs or wants.
