Magnaflow exhaust cleaner?

I have dual magnaflow exhaust tips that I'm pretty sure are stainless steel. I'm wondering what is the best way to clean then and polish them? I've tried some home stainless steel cleaner and it makes it look a little better. But I want it clean and shiny. Also i think heat has just built up on them and they have those heat marks on the pipe any way to get rid of them?

Never Dull works pretty good. I use it on the stainless on the boat.

Eagle one chrome and wire clearer...spray bottle. Magnaflow recommends it.

I have the heat marks too on mine. I used never dull and while it got alot of the stuff off I still had stains on them. I'll have to try that eagle one chrome stuff.
