Worse when living on dirt roads lol.

10% of the time

90% of the time. Checkout that that monsoon dirt on the inner door. Ahh the joys.

Nothing looks better or worse than a black truck/car--depending on how the owner keeps it. Everyone should own at least one black vehicle in their life time. IMHO

My 06 was black and honestly nothing looked better clean, but that was rare, even after a good wash it would only last a few days but when I got the new one, I got the MG and I'm happy with it, doesn't look as sharp when clean, but it actually looks a lot cleaner most of the time. Not sure I'll ever go back to a black vehicle.

Black is such a pita to keep clean. I park my truck in the garage and wash and wax on a regular basis. I even wipe it down with a microfiber towel almost every time I'm home. I still have dust that sticks like a magnet just sittin in the garage I can see it on the hood in the morning. I see black cars in the parking lot where I work and they are effing spotless. I have no idea how they keep theirs so clean. Is there some secret cleaner I don't know about for black paint?

I know how you feel. Black is my favorite color when cleaned and waxed. a rain sprinkle can ruin it. I used to train people how to close the doors on my black '02. I even carried detailing mist and a microfiber towel in the truck to clean it.

Best way to really get it to shine is to start EARLY! I would start at 7am sometimes!
