Started getting that squiggly sign Today. I looked it up and it says to wait until it goes away because it has to do with the truck warming up (which makes sense since we got a nasty front in last night). Just to be sure, all you do is wait before you actually start the truck? And it's not a sign of anything bad, right?

Thanks for the help

Right. All diesels have them. It just means that the glow plugs need to warm up. Diner they don't use spark plugd

Yeah no problem man. But make sure the light goes out before you start your truck.

You have a grid heater not glow plug but yes turn the key to the on position wait for the light to go out and start. If its above 50 the truck will start fine without waiting. It my take a few more amps to crank over I you don't wait
If its really cold (15-20 or below) its not a bad idea to cycle the grid heaters twice, you probably don't see temps that low though
