My JL 500/1 puts out slot of power and no over heating problems yet. And I've gone on 1 to 2 hr trips with constant playing.

I did the same thing he has an mins a jl 1000w and I've been on a 6 hour trip with no problems

You know how there is that vent on the back wall what did y'all do to cover up that hole when you take the vent out to put the amp in?
