Go Rhino nerf bar

I want to put Go Rhino dominator II nerf bars on my 1985 W350 crew cab. But I'm not sure if they will fit. Its a rare truck so nobody makes them for it, so I was gonna go by a 2004 crew cab but would like to know before I buy them.

That would be impossible 2004 didn't have a crew cab they were all quad cab.

I would be prepared to make/modify your own mounts. Go for a 2010+ 2500 crew cab set or 2009+ 1500 that's when they started the crew cabs(for the newer model)

I have those bars on my truck. I have an '04 Ram 1500 Quad 5.7L hemi. (Four full doors like yours.) I have an 8 ft. bed where as yours looks to be 5.7' or 6'. Looks to me as though they would work for you. They attach by drilling holes in the spot welded metal of the body (6), then bolting the flat brackets behind the body, then bolting the bars to the brackets. If you look at pics I have in my profile there is a good one that shows you the length of them on the truck. If you can't access the pics I can probably put one up here for you.
