sealing rigid foam?

Ok whats the best way to seal rigid foam insulation? I have tried some acrylic clear, and some differant spray paints but all start to eat it away. I need to seal it because i have heard the resin will also eat it.

Maybe use stucco if you can't find anything. QUIKWALL Fiberglass-Reinforced Stucco. It's made by QuickRete.
