    "stop being cheap"??? A little judgmental, are we? You know nothing about me and make that comment? Just a tad rude... it's a $325 battery, $200 more than the 'cheap' battery I bought as an interim replacement after the OE battery died.

Incidentally, it appears that my issue actually is the battery, I have the cheapo replacement in the truck now, and this morning it's still at 12.4 volts, the Odyssey would have dropped to 10.8...

    I replaced the original battery, that lasted 5 years, I just installed an Odyssey battery a couple months ago, and this one is failing. I'll find the letter I have, apparently they've had cases with electrical problems (I've had four already, this makes five)

    The attorneys are contacting owners because they've been successful at this. I've had it in for warranty repairs six times, and they weren't all for "charging issues".
