If my truck were lifted, I would have gone with the go-rhino or n-fab, etc., but those steps hang a bit low IMO on an unlifted truck. -

I found a pretty good review on the Iron Cross HD steps mounted on what looks like a 4x2. He needs to slide these ahead about 3" (adjustable front to back), but they are looking pretty good to me. -

Looks like the Iron Cross HD steps might provide really good rocker protection as well. I found some good pictures of them mounted on a Ram truck....will post a link when I run across it again. -

I like the GoRhino and N-Fab type of design......but the steps seem to hang down kind of low on pictures I could find on non-lifted 4wd. On lifted trucks, they look great! -

Going to add side steps to my quad cab. I like the OEM's, but wondering about the durability of chrome plated aluminum. Lots of sand/salt in this area during the winter. Interested in hearing the experiences of others here. Best to seek an aftermarket set in stainless steel? I see Mopar only...
