    This is exactly why I don't bother with extended warranties. With the basic warranty, service only sucks for the short duration. With an extended warranty, you pay for crap service long term.

    My 2018 has 104k on it now. Synth oil changes with filter every 3.5k. Not a single complaint from the engine. Looking forward to seeing 200k.

    I do as well. But I don't sweat a couple of MPG difference. Can you believe owners complaining about lousy MPGs while towing a 3k trailer? I swear, some people would complain if their ice cream was cold.

    Lack of customer care is the sole reason that I will NEVER buy MoPar again. They will NEVER acknowledge problems with their product nor accept liability for them. Their customer care sucks, pure and simple.
