    Vararam (v1) Intake & 85mm ported TB (Moe's)

Find out what the price would be to ship it to 41015. I'll pay the freight if it is within reason. Of course you'll get your asking price as well. Let me know.

Modded stock air-box snorkle for more airflow

I don't have anything on the pipe. No "big" debris gets into the airbox. It really does stay quite clean. As for dealerships seeing it.....I don't think most would pay that much attention.

throttle response / slow TB closure

The opening of the TB sure does not seem proportionate to the pushing of the gas pedal. It would be great if it were a 1:1 ratio. Throttle response is always a good thing.

Brand new 2014 Big Horn won't start

My truck does this from time to time. If you wiggle the heck out of the shifter and push it hard to the park position it will allow the truck to start again. I assume the shifter has to be exactly in park or the truck will not start. Give it a shot.

Gas / Brake Pedal Height Relationship Fix

This is a novel idea but not necessary. For example, on a manual transmission car you can "heel toe" to rev match down shifts. I adjusted the brake and gas pedals on my 03 Evo so I could do this. It became habit to rev match every time I drove the car. On the truck it seems that shorter guys...

The one from Mufflex comes as 409 stainless. Thus, the cost is a little more. It should be delivered on Tuesday.

    pypes violater muffler

The Pypes kit actually has a small section of straight pipe it adds before the muffler. My goal is to install the suppression pipe in this small section to save on having to cut the stock pipe. It should make for an easier install as well. I'll keep you posted. I do have to admit....if it were...

    pypes violater muffler

After driving the truck with this muffler for a little while I note the following.... Start-up sounds fantastic. Nice mean growl WOT....all I can say is WOW!! It makes people look at you. Idle has a very nice deep, lope tone Cruise is good except for under high load and low RPM At around...

    pypes violater muffler

I just installed the violator kit today. Took forever to get the gigantic stock muffler out but the work was well worth it. The violator muffler is like a perforated Y on the inside of it. You can look through it quite easily. I immediately notices a throaty idle and grumble at idle. At...

Gas / Brake Pedal Height Relationship Fix

I thought about raising the gas pedal a bit. However, I still think I would prefer to lower the brake pedal.
