I've bought two Ram Ecodiesels, a Ford F150, and a GMC Sierra, all new previous year's models at 70% of MSRP out-the-door - cash deals. Both Ram dealers rejected the offers but called a day or two later to accept the offer. The Ford dealer took two months. Be patient. It's your money.
Since you have 4-auto, use 2wd High for slightly better fuel mileage during dry conditions, and switch to 4-auto at the slightest indication of ice, snow, mud or other slippery conditions. Leave it there until those conditions disappear.
+1 on this method. Sprinkle kitty litter (the clay type stuff) on the mess, rub it in while wearing a old leather glove, sweep up the debris the next morning. Works every time, and CHEAP.
