Auto Trans
I have a 1992 diesel w350 with 54000 miles. It has an auto trans, 3 speed with overdrive. I have heard that this trans is not to good. I pull a 10500 pound boat in high mountains in Colorado. What do you think. Am I O K or do I need to make some modifactions. Any advise would be great.- BillyWayne

Where is lockup torque coverter solenoid?
There are wires ( 3 I think ) that go on to the trans right at your shift linkage. If there are no wires there, you don't have a lockup torque converter Hope this helps.- BillyWayne

Newbie
Brand new here. Just bought a 1992 w350 diesel with 54000 miles. Its sweet. Like to post some pictures, but have no idea how to do it. Somebody help me out. I am pretty proud of this 92. Thanks.- BillyWayne
