    Went and painted the headers, and baked them.. BTW, the house did not smell like cookies after baking the headers.

    Finally some of the parts are here; What is this little tube for on the RH header? Why is there slits by the bolt holes only on the left header, but not the right side?

    Okay here we go, I'm replacing the exhaust system front to back on my 05 QC 4.7 1500 4x4. Please let me know if im forgetting something, i plan on trying to reuse the original catalytic converters to save some money if possible. Im gonna have the pipes fabbed up at the local exhaust shop. here...
