    Remove the plastic cover holding the buttons. Once the airbag is off there are 4 screws on the inner side. 2 additional phillips are located behind the wheel on the lower part of the wheel.

    Remove the airbag. Disconnect negative battery terminal and wait at least 20 minutes to discharge capacitor. Removal was fairly easy for me using a flathead screwdriver. I recommend removing your instrument cluster first to give you more room to wedge the screwdriver in there.

    Thanks, tires have only seen asphalt. Mupflaps came with the truck and left them there. Others tell me I will need fender flares eventually but we'll see.
