Seeking advice on how to handle service done by dealership

I never said any of those things. And yes, you would want me as your customer. I went to a message board to seek advice instead of stomping in the service center making outlandish demands. I didn't go to twitter or Google reviews and drive action through negative reviews. Instead, I am here...

Seeking advice on how to handle service done by dealership

I think this summized my issue. I have never nickel and dimed them. I payed their rates because I expected great service. My frustration is that should I choose to use their service again, how can I trust the workmanship?

Seeking advice on how to handle service done by dealership

Good question If it were me, and someone showed my business did some ****** ass work, I would be embarrassed and ashamed. Ive spent ~$7k total at this dealership over the past few years. I guess Im looking for some ******* loyalty and culpability from a supposedly reputable business, but in...

Seeking advice on how to handle service done by dealership

Hello, Id like to ask for some advice on how to handle a situation where the dealership performed a complete power steering (PS) service on my truck. I was recently changing the oil on my truck, and I noticed the PS rack boot was affixed by a zip tie. The metal clamp-thing was dangling next...

Ram recalls and terrible customer service

Follow the money I would only deal with the dealership you bought it from. I would also deal directly with the bank whom lent you the money through financing. I would speak to the bank about your loan and explain to them that you purchased a vehicle through such-and-such dealership and that...

So its working, for now, in my driveway. TLDR - Replaced AC Fan relay, then AC temperature switch, then AC clutch 10a fuse. TLDR 2 - check your fuses first to make sure Full story: It was running yesterday after replacing the AC Fan relay. Then driving down the road it just stopped. I...

    AC works under 1.5k rpm

If I give 12v straight to the compressor why does it work? I read high side under load is over 200 psi. When both sides are 100 (I didn’t check high) it means the compressor isn’t running and not getting voltage.

    AC works under 1.5k rpm

If i jump 12v everything seems to work fine. Does that mean a AC pressure sensor?

    AC works under 1.5k rpm

So I checked the relays. I switched fuel pump and AC clutch, no change. I replaced the AC Fan control and it worked for like 20 minutes and stopped working. I checked Low pressure line and was at 100 psi. Rechecked power and no voltage to compressor. What can cause no voltage to compressor...
