First off, thanks for all the quick replies! Called the dealer back and complained and they had me bring it in and run the update for free. Unfortunately it did not work. Looks like I am going after and after market radio. Thanks again.- Jgcassidy

Radio Screen frozen dealer no help
I have a 2013 Ram. Started it up one day and the radio was frozen. The screen just shows the Dodge Logo. The only function that works is the Volume button. The only radio station that works is the last one I had it on. I went to a dodge dealer and was charged $105 Diagnostic fee. They told me it...- Jgcassidy
