Oh well mods are done. Slightly larger cam. Stall converter. Larger throttle body. Exhaust and many other things. When life hands you chicken **** you gotta make chicken salad. I'm a mechanic in the marine industry. I love my truck.- jimdd810

I bought my 2003 2500 5.7 hemi 2 years ago with 96000 miles. Last June the motor started missing bad and smoking. Found a spark plug in number one cylinder broken. After bore scoping the engine found a mess. So saved my pennies and bought a reman that supposedly took care of the hemi known...- jimdd810

We'll I just picked up my truck from the dealership after spending 700 bucks on a new throttle body and computer update. It also has a new cam position sensor. Throttle Body Icing 5.7 Hemi
So I had the same problem with my 2003 dodge ram 2500. Acted same way but also the colder it got it would die. Miss going down the highway. There is a tsb for our trucks replacing the throttle body. Need to have dodge do it because they need to update the PCM. Total cost for me was 500. I know...- jimdd810
