What is this box called?
Wow. That's definitely it. Thanks. Being unique to two years of the most uncommon engine kind of dashes my hopes of getting a junkyard part. I'll check pricing and availability. Might try the cheaper one if I get it with fairly hassle free returns. Thanks again!- khigh

Thanks for the replies. Going to make it tougher to find in a junkyard if it's Ecodiesel specific. From my understanding, 1st Gen Ecodiesels either bit it by 50K or they're still on the road.- khigh

I didn't. Took about three of them to figure it out, so it wasn't a direct correlation to any numbers stamped on the box. One guy called out about a 12 digit part number, but I didn't catch it. The guy in front of me said "I never would have found that!" I'll hold out for a junk part. Kind...- khigh

What is this box called?
Had occasion to stop by a dealership this morning so I inquired about it. Still don't know what it's called, but the plastic cover alone is $79, so I still don't have it. I imagine it's $2 at a u-pull.- khigh

Backup camera stays on?
OK. Kinda makes sense. Like you have to back in between two cars and sharp turn to get out? As long as the truck's OK with it, I'm OK with it. Thanks for the responses.- khigh

Hmm. Kind of corresponds with my battery replacement, so settings get cleared, but it's been without battery before and I don't think it's ever done it. Thanks for the pointer.- khigh

Backup camera stays on?
Seems like a weird one. 2015 Lone Star Ecodiesel. Lately, instead of the backup camera turning off when I shift to Drive, it waits for me to drive forward a bit. Maybe 30-40 feet. Anyone heard of this? It's not horrible, but it's weird, and I'm curious if it's a harbinger of problems to...- khigh

What is this box called?
Hi all. It's a long, thin relay/fuse box between the battery and firewall on my '15 Lone Star Ecodiesel. It's pretty obvious what it is and what it does. I need the official name so I can order a cover for it. Thanks for looking!- khigh

Weird intermittent fast tire leak. Any thoughts?
Looks like it may be a moot point. Another tire was down to 4 PSI today. Looks like the new tires are coming sooner than later. I'll be sure and alert the dealer to the original problem. I believe new stems come with new tires. -

I've got my own automatic inflator. Historically when I've had any kind of leak, I've added air to drive safely to a service station (remember those?) or tire place, and they find the leak. Also, once it leaks X amount, it seems to stop. This weekend it leaked down on Thursday night, noted... -

Tire/level options without affecting ride/noise?
Not really a "lifted" question, but this seems to be the defacto 4x4 tire & suspension forum. I drive about 50% highway, 45% city, and 5% mud/off road. I'm going to need new tires in the next 3K or so. There are Pathfinders on there now. I guess I've reached official "old man" status. I Love... -

Convert 2015 Ram logo tailgate to embossed letters?
Sounds like it's more trouble than it's worth. If I had a more common color truck I might shop the junkyards, but I don't want to paint the whole mess. It would be nice if the tailgate recall got you the new tailgate of your choice, but I'm assuming that's not how that works. Speaking of which...
