    Synthetic Oil

I've used it as an engine oil flush. Did this just before I put in the Liquimoly Molygen. Seemed to work. Nothing bad happened. Some people have negative things to say about Seafoam being used in modern engines.

23 2500 6.4 hemi tick? Dealer says they can’t hear it.

Listening to the sound on the videos, it just sounded like you had a noisy engine, rather than the dreaded "Hemi tick". I ought to know, having faced it 3 times myself. For a moment, I thought that it might be an exhaust leak from where and could be the header bolt issue, which isn't serious...

Saw that video ages ago. He does good work; although doesn't seem to be a fan of Mobil1. I guess that isn't going to sit right with some BITOG members. Valvoline makes great products, but with nothing much to go on, I'll have to try it on my engine and find out. Having changed the lifters now, I...

There's a post on BITOG about Valvoline All Climate not having any moly at all. https://bobistheoilguy.com/forums/threads/valvoline-all-climate.11574/page-2 Of course this is back in 2005 and I have no UOA or anything to prove it. Would anyone run an oil knowing that it has 0 moly in it? Edit...

I think so.. Looking at two different sites.. Two different product ranges. USA - https://www.valvolineglobal.com/en/motor-oil/ Middle East and Africa - https://www.valvolineglobal.com/en-mea/motor-oil/ Would be great if Valvoline had a the same products for everyone, all over the world. I...

Very true @Hemi395. A Silent engine is the goal I suppose. Came out of a local supermarket last week and walked past a Chrysler 300C. The car was on and idling, but it literally made no sound. I went to put the shopping in my truck and come back to ask the dude what engine oil he was using. But...

Its cheap too. Approx 74 USD for 16 litres. I'm just wondering if the additive package is as good as Valvoline Advanced 5w30. I'm wondering if this or Havoline Pro DS 5w30 would be good. Havoline UOAs.. OK.. Not a Hemi engine, but gives an idea of what to expect.

According to the Valvoline dealer here in Dubai, there is no Vavoline Advanced Full Synthetic 5w30 in their lineup. They get products from Vavoline's global line which is. Valvoline Synpower 5w30 Valvoline All Climate 5w30 I've attached their data sheets. Any idea how these stack up compared to...

I'm not a U.S. citizen and I've never been to Cali, but as an outsider looking in, its sad to see such a beautiful state turning into a garbage heap. That's enough of that. Anyone ever used or tried this oil?

Does this mean that Redline's formula will be changing and it won't be the "Hemi Honey" we know and love?

CVT sounds like a great idea, but in the real world suck. Sure for eco-friendly city cars, it should be fine, but frankly you hear of stories of them failing.. Nissan went CVT on most of their cars and those keep failing. Honda Jazz as well. As far as I know, they don't use standard ATF, there...
