I added a Ram hood ornament to my '06 3500, in '07. It came with amber lenses for the eyes, with a standard flashlight bulb providing the light. I drilled those out and installed red leds powered by the low beams. I cut up a mouse pad for the gasket. It's still there over 15 years later
