New tires today.
29975 miles on the Stock Goodyear HP tires before a rock poked a hole in one. That, coupled with lower tread and crap performance in snow made me switch to BFG All-terrain KO2. Just cresting 48000 miles and the BFGs don't even look broken in yet. -

Good AT Tires for a 1500 Big Horn 4x4
I'm running the BFG All terrain KO2. Freaking awesome tire. Road manners are great, thick mud, deep snow, rain, etc they handle awesome. They are heavier then stock, so you will lose a little fuel economy (.5 mpg), but all these choices will do that to you. I have just shy of 8K miles on them... -

New BFG All Terrain KO2 in Stock 20" Size
I have about 4000 miles on these tires. And they have been rough miles. Lots of dirt roads, construction sites, full bed loads, ice and snow. They have performed flawlessly and look brand new. Ive taken them on 400 mile roundtrip highway runs and you can even hear them. Clawing through deep snow... -
Can I fit a kingsize mattress in the bed of my quad cab?
Stay off highways, try to keep speeds down and strap it up. You should be fine besides that.
