    Lifts and Swapping the Diffs

RamFam, I have a few questions and am hoping that someone has ventured here before. 6.5" lift is in the making for my 2014 2500 Cummins 6 speed manual. With the lift I plan on either rolling on 35s or 37s. Now with that, I was really kicking around the idea of swapping out my front and rear...

    Wanting to lift my 14 2500 6.7

The 8" kit by them isnt out for diesels yet. They do have the same 6" kit like the Radius Arm kit by Zone. Seems to be very much the same as well as far as included components and such.

    Exhaust ?? for 2014 Cummins

Wow you ain't kidding. Yeah even stock my truck definitely still has an impressive stance. I will definitely look into said leveling kits.

    Tire sizing/Wheels/Spacing????

Roger that. Hence why I am asking about all of this first versus learning the hard way. Thank you for that. I will save up then and look into getting the correctly spaced wheels.

Very nice looking truck. It has a great stance. I will definitely look into that kit some more.

    Wanting to lift my 14 2500 6.7

Ok, so on that note. Do you know besides potential differences in quality of parts, what the difference between the Zone 6.5" radius arm kit vs the 6" radius arm drop kit by bds? I mean I can see that the BDS drop arm kit does just that, drops the 'stock' radius arms where as the Zone kit comes...

    Tire sizing/Wheels/Spacing????

Couple more questions regarding my potential truck lift. 1.) I have the stock 18" rims that came with my truck. I know I might have to throw spacers in there for proper backspacing and such after my lift (most likely 6" lift) but I always get confused with tire sizing. Will 35x13.5x18 or...

    Exhaust ?? for 2014 Cummins

Yall have good taste. Man after seeing your truck I almost feel like a 6" lift and tires is going to be a bit too much. Want the truck to remain practical and able to tow still.

    Exhaust ?? for 2014 Cummins

Stangshcky, if that pic is your truck, I just had to say how awesome it is. Seems well balanced. How much lift and what sized tires?? Haha sorry not trying to change topics here it's just that your truck's stance is basically what I am going for (or something close to it) with my truck

    Exhaust ?? for 2014 Cummins

Right, as i said before. With a DPF back exhaust I know it is purely cosmetic and yields no real performance gains I just wanted to make sure that I wouldnt throw any trouble codes with it. I didnt think it would but it'd be a pain in the ass to strap a filter back dual exhaust and then have to...

    Wanting to lift my 14 2500 6.7

I like that the 6.5" Radius Arm Zone kit comes with new radius arms versus just repositioning the stock ones (and having to cut a hole and weld into the frame of the truck) which in turn to me doesnt geometrically make sense since that doesnt give you any added travel at that height since it...

    Wanting to lift my 14 2500 6.7

I don't feel much love on here haha. So 4-link will retain better geometry and ride better. What about this system?? Zone Offroad 6.5" Radius Arm Suspension 2014 Ram 2500 D58 Much like the BDS radius arm kit except instead of simply repositioning the factory radius arms which then becomes a...

    14 Cummins Mileage #s

You are correct. I mean tow not payload. My bad.

    Wanting to lift my 14 2500 6.7

RAManiacs, I have a 2014 2500 4x4 cummins and am trying to do some homework for a lift. With the 2014s new rear multiple link suspension, there dont seem to be many systems available yet so I wanted to get some general input on what is out there and if I should wait for better systems to come...

Need trans info - '14 Cummins

Again, unless your towing constantly and ALOT, the differences between either the Autos or manuals are really pennies (and i am not refering to the price differences here haha). I prefer manuals because i like the feel of control and simplicity. The tech differences look impressive on paper but...
