It's your PCM. I had mine replaced under warranty a couple weeks ago. It threw the exact same codes as described. They had to program in the VIN, but it worked perfectly with no codes afterwards.
I second that.....I live in FL also and I have done the same thing. Mine has been this way for almost two years now and I've had no overheating even on the hottest of summer days. I also have a V6 fan in my closet, if it's ever needed.
I don't know if this is a coincidence, but I removed my tune and pushed/pulled and inspected the speed sensor and I haven't gotten the code again. Now I don't know if the tune was causing it or the sensor. I didn't see anything wrong with the sensor or wiring, but it sure seems strange. I hate...
I also want to add that the ESP-BAS/traction control and ABS light is on when I get the code. The code goes away when the lights randomly go off.....sometimes a few minutes or a few days. The cruise control doesn't work during this time either.
I have it scheduled to be looked at by the...
I scanned it and says unknown, but a search on the internet shows it as implausible rear abs wheel speed sensor or something along those lines. I looked at two videos on youtube for some older Rams and I think I narrowed it down to two locations. One is on the right rear near the brake caliper...
The 91 tune will make much bigger increase. You won't notice much with that 87 tune. I'd also go ahead and up the shift points to 6K and change the throttle sensitivity to at least 14 or 15. You will notice those changes make a noticeable difference.
Don't forget to relieve the pressure before breaking the connection. You can place a rag over the shrader valve and press lightly until the pressure is gone. You will get some gas coming out thus the reason for the rag. Be safe and wear some eye protection too.
That's very good mpg. Did you compare your EVIC readout versus actual yet?
I found mine to be off by a substantial amount at times, that's why I always calcualte mine on each fill-up.
Here is a rollpan from Street Scene that looks pretty nice.
Street Scene - Mirrors, Grilles, Body Kits, Roll Pans, Wiper Cowls, Driving Lights, and more.
Belong to anyone on here?
Sorry....the link doesn't copy over exactly.
I like that rollpan.....who is it made by? How much does it weigh?
Regarding the bumper.....I've already taken it off and that's how I realized it is connected to the bumper in the middle. There are 6 bolts that hold it on (if i remember correctly). There are two that hold it to the hitch...
