I have DDM tuning HID in my truck and they work well for budget ones. They have a can bus line of ballasts that work with the RAM. As a plus, once I cut the mounting tabs off the ballasts, I was able to tuck all of the assembly with the extra wires etc into the headlight assembly so I didn't...
I used DDM as well and after cutting the mounting tabs off the ballasts, I was able to fit all then new wiring inside the headlight assembly. No hole drilling required.
I mainly drive a daily 46 mile round trip commute through metro Atlanta traffic and I get between 20.5 to 22.5 depending on just how bad the stop and go traffic is. Usually I get in the high 21's over a full tank...lower if I do more lunch/errand runs...shorter trips kills it fast.

The dealer I got my 2017 Laramie from include the fca lifetime drive-line warranty on all new purchases. It was one of the reasons I went with the dealership. The other was that their bottom line quote was a couple of grand better than the 4 other dealer in my area...
So just to get this clarified...are the 2015-2017 light assemblies exactly the same ?
I may hunt for a used one if I can use previous model year assemblies.
At this point i'm just looking for something to put on the truck that doesn't cost an arm.
Though it seem the TYC will not match the OEM LED so if i need to get both sides to match , I may just buy an OEM assembly.

So I though rather than getting a OEM halogen projector, is there any real HID projector head light assemblies that work on trucks that came with factory projectors?
I keep seeing tons of the for non projector trucks by can't find a single one that...
