Perhaps a plan B is necessary if there inst anyone who can scan their PIDs. Are any members from Northern Ca? I am in the SF Bay Area and if there is another owner in Nor Cal that would let me plug my OBD II scanner that would work too. Please let me know!
If anyone has the ability to check that would be great, got under the truck with an IR thermometer, pid said 1200, hottest point on the cat an surrounding piping showed ~570. I think the pid values might be skewed.
Ratket, yes bank 1 is hotter than bank 2. Do you have the ability to scan your OBD II PIDs if so it would be very helpful? At idle I see bank 1 at 847 and bank 2 at 650.
