Tip from the experienced, DO not use a locking extension lol, had to cut my buddies in half to get it out cause we weren't thinking when we clicked them together- MrNiceGuy

That "tick" Though
Its probably a bad or going bad manifold gasket, depending on the tick, does it go away when the truck has warmed up? If it does thats what id bet, my 06 2500 ticked for almost 30k before i put headers on it, bypassed another manifold b3cause from what I've read, the manifolds for these trucks...- MrNiceGuy
