This is the last opportunity they will have. I have two-three dealerships in my area. Being a mechanic myself for the last 40 years, I know when they are shoveling a pile of ... They either put the effort into it or yes, I will move on to another dealer.- nevinc

I would not doubt it at all. It is a Noco and I did mount it under the hood. At this point, I would not put anything past them. They tried to blame my dashcam the last time I had it in the shop.- nevinc

Back in the shop (third time), guess I will see what they say this time. Still draining overnight. I installed a battery tender to keep the battery charged until I got over being angry and giving it back to the dealer to see if their mechanics can find the issue with the parasitic drain...- nevinc

No, not yet. I am waiting for the weather to break (poor excuse I know) to begin testing the amperage draw when it is asleep. I have watched a couple of videos to learn how to get a good reading. Currently I have a battery tender plugged into it when I am home just to keep it from dying...- nevinc

As long as I run my truck daily it seems it will start normally with the push button. I checked my battery voltage with a multimeter today after trying to remote start it and it was at 11.8 volts and would not start remotely. It does however start normally from inside. I guess I am stuck...- nevinc

It's not that the dealer does not know there is a problem. My issue is they had it for 6 workdays and all they had done was disconnect my dashcam as a troubleshooting technique. I expected more from them in the way of troubleshooting in 6 days. They did install my Mopar bed step for free, LOL...- nevinc

I picked it up from the dealer today so I can drive it through my cool down period of being upset at their having it almost as long as I have had it at this point. They have had my truck for over a week, all they did was disconnect my dash cam (which draws .45 amps) and have done nothing else. The battery drain was happening before I put the dash cam in the vehicle. Then they had the nerve to tell me the technician that is working on it is in "training."...- nevinc
