    no-spin differential.......why have it?

Even 4wd with LSD in the rear is more effective. I wouldn't pass on a truck that didn't have it if it was a decent deal, but I wouldn't actually order one without it.

    2015 paint issue?

I had paint bubble up on my driver's side fender from contamination while painting. Dealer had the fender changed and been ok since. The whole paint job though is nothing to write home about compared to the paint jobs other manufacturers put on similarly priced vehicles.

    no-spin differential.......why have it?

Better traction/power to both rear wheels instead of one.

    Best Air Bag setup?

For about the same money why not just upgrade the rear coils? Dodge Products These are variable rate so the truck still rides good unloaded, but give increase support when you need it. They don't cost much more than air bags and they won't leak on you. Similar to what the jeep rubicons use...

Whatever you get make sure its a load E light truck tire, not just an AT tire.

Didn't order fender flares, now I wish I did. Best place?

How do they attach to the truck? Just stick on with double sided tape, or screws?

    Second thoughts

I'm there too. Thinking about trading my express for a better optioned truck. Hopefully one without the plastic front bumper........Luckily I've been holding off on mods until I decide if I'm keeping it or not.

Anyway, sorry to hijack the thread. For all I know the OP has an 8-speed.

    Burnt oil smell

Maybe...I bought my truck in December '14.....this is from my owner's manual: Fluid Level Check — Six-Speed Transmission It is best to check the fluid level when the transmission is at normal operating temperature (170-180°F / 77-82°C). This normally occurs after at least 15 miles (25 km) of...

A cap? Mine has a dipstick and the owner's manual says to check it.

    Burnt oil smell

If you have a 6-speed pull the dipstick and smell the tranny fluid.

    Chrome bumper to black

I don't think so. Not if you want them to work.
