    Yeah, lesson learned. They are sending the new genie at no cost so I will see if it works and if not I will go the AlfaOBD route.

    I'm having this same issue in 2017 2500. Infotainment is sending me another OBD Genie PN C-ACC-LD, lets hope this fixes my issue.

    uconnect 5.0 6 speaker to uconnect 8.4 6 speaker problem

    Hello - I know this an old thread, but I just did the same replacement and I'm having the same issue. I upgraded to Kicker speakers before the 8.4 install and the sound was great.. Now it sounds worse than ever. Anyone have a suggestions?
