What's your best MPG?
I got my best tank ever yesterday, tracked by Fuelly. I take a picture at every fill-up and then enter it into Fuelly. Fuelly calculated 20.7 MPG over 589 miles, the EVIC shows 22.5 MPG. I could only squeeze in 28.5 gallons so I could have commuted for one more day:eek: Not too shabby for a...- ScottFL

Gas Tank - Range
My Longhorn EVIC is usually about 10% off. Around town, my EVIC will say 22-23 MPG but I am getting 19-20. Highway I get about 18MPG. I am driving about 550 miles per tank but still cannot get 29 gallons into it. I am going to start driving farther on "empty", maybe drive 600 miles and...- ScottFL

2019 worse mpg than 2012?
I highly recommend installing Fuelly on the phone. Nice being able to chart over time. I get around 19 commuting in town and 17 on the highway. My 16 Longhorn EVIC is inflating my #'s by about 10%. Last night the EVIC said 21.8 for the tank, actually it was 19.6! I snap a pic of every...- ScottFL

Why don't you have the truck you want?
This is my first pickup purchase and personally, I think I hit a home run. I had been driving luxury cars then SUV's but the luxury pickups kept catching my eye. One test drive in my Longhorn was all it took, as long as some ******* doesn't take me out, I plan on keeping it a long, long time...- ScottFL

Do you trust the oil change indicator, or change early?
I thought the oil life indicator was just a 10,000 countdown? Is there a sensor in there determining something? Did mine at 4, 10, 16 & 22. I just want to keep it under 10K since I have the lifetime warranty.- ScottFL

Just touch it up with some rattle can. You should buy a mat, no worries scuffing the floor and things won't slide around on you. LINK -
