    Double check you have the proper flare, if it doesn't fit the proportioning valve seat, you will get that major leak.

    mine had been doing the same thing, my original alt quit, replaced with a rebuilt and it did the same as yours. I finally replaced it with a new one, and it quit.

    normally reception like you describe is a broken wire somewhere in the antenna from radio to antenna, I'd try a new amplified (wire wrapped ) antenna better reception

    It could very well be the blower motor resistor, the ceramic heats up and crumbles and the various parts break away, pull the resistor and check it, the damage will be obvious, don't buy replacement via autozone mega expensive, check out amazon I just bought one for $13 bucks free shipping.

    I resolved the issue by luckily replacing my rebuilt alternator only 2 years old with a new one covered by warranty only had to pay a small upgrade fee of 30 bucks, thank God for my warranty, no more over voltage issue or tq lock and unlock
