Thanks everyone. Sorry i havent bee on in a bit. COOP has it nailed. If anyone can figure it out im sure my cousin would appreciate it. I've dabbled with a few ideas, but much like dodge techs cant figure it out.

Anything could make the difference from temperature to presures...ect. Depends on how the weather and conditions were when you drove it the first time in comparison to the second trip.
Your EVIC will show maybe a slight gain on highway, but honestly your not going to see much more than 2-3 with all your mods. People have different opinions on this though.
