2000 24v has lift pump bypassed?
I have a 2000 24v ram2500. I got a new lift pump but after I moved the filter housing out of the way I noticed that the lift pump isn't bolted to the bracket. Stock 5x7 door speaker to 6x9?
Well bass is all relative. Some think their system has no bass without 4 18s some think it had far too much if they have 6 1/5 midbass and a tweeter....And no amp. I am also on a budget but used the Rockford 6x9 three ways their middle of the road level speaker and a set of Hertz tweeters. Just...- Sniper X

Can you support these statements with sonic reference charts using a certified system analyzer or a link to the charts? I'm curious because I'm a television system, and audio system designer, integrator, and engineer and have never heard this.- Sniper X

Gettin another Ramcharger...well, sort of!
I got it! 1976, 360, auto, 4x4, 52K original miles, not a single dent, headers and dual exhaust, all original other than the exhaust. Even the back folding seat, and stock roll bar are still in it. The paint is even OK. The project to get it back on the road with all fluids and such changed...- Sniper X

Yeah, bummer is they don't have brake parts for my truck. But I did come across a place that at least SAYS they do. We shall see. Amazon has them...go figure! Everything from regular rotors to drilled and slotted.... -

WHat I'm trying to get is the pedal and feel as well as the performance of my old Chevy truck. It was a 77 and the brakes on it flat out rocked. The pedal was very firm, and even towing a 23ft car trailer they stopped the mass like it was nothing. My old Ramcharger stopped way better than this... -
New Member - looking for info about dad's truck
The 1979 trucks I've seen had those double rectangular headlights but may have been late 79s early 80s. Just googled 79 dodge truck pics and they all looked like the orange one with the dual rectangular headlights.- Sniper X

I was gonna tell you they were 6x9s but thought you would figure it out yourself. I just upgraded mine to the Rockford middle of the road 3 way 6x9s and a set of remote Hertz tweeters and it rocks.- Sniper X

Gettin another Ramcharger...well, sort of!
Well, I'll keep my fingers crossed for sure. It's in excellent shape, only has 50K original miles on it and has been used only to plow one of my best freinds Grandmothers driveways (about a mile long way up in the mountains) since 1980 when she bought it from her friend.
