    4th Gen Dyno Thread!

20-30% is normal drive train loss. A bit morethan 2wd in AWD or 4wd. The more drive train, the more loss. This is with every car, or most*.

new 2015 RAM 2500 Laramie CrewCab! woohoo

I haven't seen it in a week, but next time it happens, I'll take a picture for proof. I don't know what to do next, especially if the dealer says it's normal, what can I do? I could always get some projectors retrofits and HIDs and have retroshop seal email up, lol.

    Looking for insight

I like my new 2015 CTD, it's a first for me. I can't offer up too much advice accept that it does take longer to warn up than gas motors. Also, definitely plenty of get up and go, but obviously more torque than HP. Not as fast as it can be with a tune and delete, but then longevity would be in...

    Living without 4WD.........

I personally feel that if I use it, even once, to not be stuck it's worth it. Usually I've used it when there is snow on the ground or I'm pulling somebody out that slid off the road. That's pretty much it. I think once of twice I parked on a grass hill and didn't want tear it up when I left by...

    The 6.4 HD Hemi Thread

You're not crazy. I didn't find a 6.4 with 4.10's at the dealership I was looking at. That helped me go for the cummins. If they had a black appearance group with 6.4 hemi and 4.10 I may have gone for that instead. [emoji106]

So, planning on installing the AMP steps tomorrow. Went to the dealer and had my nav activated. I also asked about 2 issues. 1. The headlights (projectors) get condensation after it rains. Just a little on the bottom. But it clears up after everything warms up. The "tech" said it's normal...

    Power Wagon

700hp would be badass though, and probably have enough torque to come close to the diesel.

Thanks! It's too darn cold to install the AMP power steps right now. I wish it were a bit warmer, and my garage is only one car wide with a boat in it, lol.

I'm not sure where you're located in the country, but the place I bought my truck from him to have pretty competitive rate. The guy who was selling me my truck also that same day sold a truck to somebody in Texas. I guess that someone is buying from Texas and must have some fairly competitive...

Sticker was 59,998 or so. I got it for 52,500 after rebates and adding in tax/title and navigation activation. The trade in was almost my loan value <100$ in my favor, so I wouldn't really count that in. I think TTL totalled like 1,600 and radio was 600. So basically price was negotiated to...

Thanks. Just found out the insurance screwed me. Tried to switch me over, they didn't renew after my wife got a ticket like 4 months ago. No letter and no call. They're taking responsibility and retroactively reupping the unsurance. Freaking crazy, took me like 5 hours on the phone today...

New CTD - how much should I pay?

I just got mine today, 2015 laramie CTD. Sticker was like 59,998 or so. Got it got 52,500 including activating the NAV, and after all fees. Not including GAP though, which was another 800. I dont remember, but maybe before tax tag and all that it came down to like 51,500, but that's just a...
