Yep as stated you are hearing Valvetrain noise through the Primaries. That's the reason I've never installed Longtubes on my 17' and don't know if I ever will. I have to deal with it on my Singlecab GM till we get the Turbo installed, Then I won't have to hear it anymore. As stated also...

I have the Rough country 2.5" leveling preload spacers, And I couldn't imagine trying to get it out in with an additional strut spacer up top. I had the lower control arm as far down as it would go trying to the struts back in place. I like my Leveling kit tho. Installed the rear coil spring...
I just installed the Infinity Reference 3.5" in the dash. I'm really happy with them. Made a big difference just with those. Ready to swap out the other 6x9's with the Infinitys when time allows!

Did you leave the poker bolts lose on the strut, Or did you tighten them down? I had just a little trouble getting mine seated properly, But after that no issues! Maybe snap us a pic of the problem so we could further help!

I didn't care for it with the Rear spacers. I kept them incase I have to tow something for a long distance, Then I can just throw them back in real quick. I actually liked the slightly stiffer ride, But then again I was use to my Powerstrokes ride!
