Cool, at least the previous owner didn't just add something and not plug it in, or worse, take something out and just leave the pigtail there...LOL- Trouble1K

Driver's side, just right of steering column. I'm wondering if it is the factory pigtail for 4x4 switch. Mine is 2WD so could it be an unused loom?- Trouble1K

Key fob.
I know that this is an old thread, but I have a question that comes up here. I have a 1996 that I'm buying from my girlfriend's mom. She is the 2nd owner and knows very little about the truck. Hey there all. Want to program a keyless enty fob. No wire in Pos. 1 of data port, so can't jumper 1 and 4. Can't find single dark green wire under dash. Pics anyone? Thanks- Trouble1K
