i just replaced all my cluster lights and hvac lights with led in a 2003 1500 . they look awesome but now i have a bulb out warning light on ! less resistance i know but do i need to put resistors in every bulb ? is there an easy way to fix this ?
in a 2003 1500 it requires the wedge bulbs . i switched to blue led in my 2003 and they look awesome . but now i have a lamp out on my dash . dash is a t5 i think and 11 of them . hvac controls is a t6 . go to superbrightleds.com that is where i got mine from . you have to bend the contacts down...
any auto wrecker should have what you need . You also do not need the wiring . there is four screws on the back of the temp and compass gauge . remove that and look for a new housing with the lights intact . I just found mine at a wrecker in my city in canada . there were dozens to choose from...
i just bought the b8.4d cluster led bublbs for my 2003 ram 4.7 from super bright leds and they fit very loose but are exactly the same as factory bulbs . Any ideas ?
